Catmint 'Cats Meow'

Latin Name: Nepeta x faassenii 'Cat's Meow'

This tidy, dense, rounded variety tends to keep its shape all season long; small gray-green leaves are topped with well branched stems, carrying spikes of sky-blue and purple flowers; looks great all season in beds and borders.

Cat's Meow Catmint has masses of beautiful spikes of lightly-scented sky blue flowers with purple calyces rising above the foliage from early summer to early fall, which are most effective when planted in groupings. Its small fragrant pointy leaves remain grayish green in color throughout the season. The fruit is not ornamentally significant.
